Terms and Conditions

Return Policy:  All purchases are final sale. In the event an error was made at the time of shipping or pickup, disputes need to be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will address those issues as they arise.  Plants, Flowers, Seasonal Items, and all Perishable Items will be inspected and confirmed to be excellent condition at the time they arrive at your destination. We are offering curb side/delivery service and once the plants are delivered or picked up they will not be accepted for return.  If you have questions, email us: crew@cicconifarms.com

Restocking Fee:  Orders not picked up within 5 days of order date will be cancelled and  a restocking fee of  20% will be assessed unless arrangements have been made in advance.

 

Note: Inventory changes daily and sometimes by the minute!! Stock and availability to be confirmed upon checkout. If an item is unavailable, you will be offered a comparable substitute  or issued a refund.
