Carex ‘Everlime’ has distinctive green foliage with lime margins. It forms a neat easily controlled mound. 'Everlime' is superb for living walls, mixed containers, roof gardens and edges. It is easy to grow and hardly requires maintenance.
Plant in average soil that has been amended with organic matter. The more sun it gets the more water it needs. It will slowly form a clumping ground cover for shady to part shady areas. It looks great planted along walkways, between paving stones or in a shady border and is a good alternative to supplement for hostas.
