Helleborus 'Royal Heritage' is a long lived shade loving perennial that provides early color and evergreen interest in woodland and winter gardens. With nodding cup shaped flowers in deep purple to pale pink and creamy white, this plant adds elegance when little else is blooming.

NATIVE STATUS

Native to Europe and western Asia. Although not native to North America it is widely used in shaded ornamental plantings for its early blooms and ability to coexist with native shade perennials.
